A 21-year veteran of the real estate media and technology industry, Andy Woolley was named vice president of industry development in 2015. Andy supports commitment to be a friend to the industry by cultivating and developing mutually beneficial industry partnerships with MLS, broker, and franchise organizations.

After working closely with MLS organizations for over 20 years and recently serving on the CMLS Board of Directors, Andy launched and hosts the Secrets of a Smarter MLS Podcast to help promote industry best practices. His in depth and insightful conversations with MLS executives from various organizations sheds light on the many challenges faced by MLSs today.

Michael has been in the MLS industry since joining WyldFyre Technologies over 20 years ago.  From there he worked at eNeighborhoods prior to Dominion Enterprises’ unification of its real estate brands Advanced Access, AgentAdvantage,, eNeighborhoods, and NUMBER1EXPERT® under the Homes Media Solutions division, better known as 

Since joining in 2007, Michael and his team have worked to improve data quality by  establishing direct data agreements with MLS’s and major real estate brands in North America. The key to his success and the growth of the MLS Partner Network has been finding mutually beneficial solutions and services.

After pursuing a Communication and Broadcasting degree at Colorado State University, Kaitlyn began her career in the real estate industry with Lone Wolf Technologies. Kaitlyn joined the’s Industry Development team in 2014 where she has worked to increase product engagement with members of our MLS Partner Network.

 Kaitlyn supports the commitment to education as the webinar host for the What is Your Online Presence class, in the 202One Digital Handshake series. This class helps real estate agents increase their online presence by leveraging the Connect platform provided to them for free as part of the MLS Partner Network. 

Our Position in the Industry, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is an internet listing site that allows consumers to easily find homes for sale and homes for rent, and connect with real estate agents in their area. 

Focusing on aggressive organic search techniques and strategic partnerships, we attract high percentages of active buyers, sellers, and renters who are “in the market”. Agents also get access to all the tools necessary to follow up and convert those leads into transaction-ready clients, such as a free CRM, lead aggregator, and lead distribution system.
